Stages of making a bakery shop

 Stage 1 : Study

 In this stage, after a thorough discussion with the customer, we find out the needs and the requirements of the shop. After that there is a first contact with the products of our company, the measurement of the shop and, finally, the layout of  the workshop and the sales place.

Stage 2 : Designing the workshop and the sales place

After gathering all the information we need, our team is ready to start with the designing of the workshop and the sales place, laying emphasis on the ergonomics and the functionality and having as a  goal the full coverage of the customers requirements.

The designing of the workshop is achieved three-dimensionall  with an electronic software whereas the designing of the sales place is made with different architectural design software for the right presentation and understanding of the project by the customer. Finally, there is the photorealistic three-dimensional design so as the customer to have a live picture of their shop  a    it is going to be exactly.

 

Stage 3 : The making

 In the final stage we have designed the smallest detail of the sales place and the workshop and we are ready with the making of the shop.

We give the customer a book with all the tasks to be made, like plasterboards constructions (Suspended ceiling, Partitions, Painting) lighting study, air conditioning study, plumbing study (Drainage, etc.), electrical study, wooden furniture, logo, etc.   so   as the construction crews to know exactly the tasks at hand. 

 After that, we install the machines, the freezers and the stainles constructions in the workshop and the display cases and the furniture in the sales place.  Our company with its experienced staff keeps track of the project in every stage and with the collaboration of the construction crews we are precise in the timetable given.
