   In.Con.Eq. Hellas has got capping electric and pneumatic machines for marmalade jars.

   They are easy to use and perfectly seal the cap of the jar increasing the product's preservation for a greater time period.

Function

   The machine operates with air or electricity and it is suitable for capping jars and bottles.

   The operator puts the cap on the magnetic choke and at the same time a pneumatic system blocks the jar and prevents it from turning. It has also got a setting from 0,4 to 4Nm according to the torque required for the proper closing of the cap.

   After that the operator simultaneously presses the buttons that are placed at the two sides of the base of the machine. The closing head goes down towards the jar and seals the cap.
