The perfect loukouma machines

 INCONEQ. Hellas manufactures loukouma machines in on-floor or table-top models.

 The loukouma machines Louk HM-2 series are fully stainless and there are electric or gas models.

They have got double pistons technology for a perfect, uniform result in every dough.

 The loukouma machines consist of the dough shaping mechanism with the double pistons and a 5lt funnel, the frying bowl with 9lt oil capacity and the folding surface for the draining on the left and on the right of the machine.

The oil temperature is checked with a thermostat.

The emptying of the oil from the bin is easy thanks to the extraction valve.

The dismantling for washing has been designed in such a way so as to be very easy.

In the standard equipment there are three moulds for small and big round doughnuts as well as ring-shaped doughnuts.

They can be combined with a Churros machine and a Toppings display case with integrated filling machines so as to have a complete loukouma shop.
