Cubika : New Shapes
In your shop Cubika is intended to be impressive thanks to its unusual shape and its exceptionally effective LED lighting.
It has got a glass frame with shiny aluminium, side panels which have got double glasses that are heated and tempered, with LED lighting. It is available in 3 different heights : 115,1/135,1/145 cm.
Cubika : Sticks and Single Portions
Ice-Cream on a stick tray : It is made of stainless grid which fits the bowls and there are two sizes available : for 36x25cm bowls and for 36x16,5cm bowls.
For the single portions there are trays made of plexiglass which fit the space of the 36x16,5cm bowls and their capacity is about 14 big pieces and about 25 smaller pieces.
Cubika : 4 Seasons (Refrigeration – Freezer)
The CubiKa display case is also available in 4 seasons version (Refrigeration – Freezer) which can be used as an ice-cream display case (-12/-18°C) or as a pastry display case (+4/+8°C) with 60/70% humidity.
From Ice-Cream to Pastry in only 3 moves :
- We remove the bowls.
- We put the stainless shelf.
- We press the switch button.
Cubika : Pastry
Infinite display
The cooled shelf which is 74,5cm deep, is made of shiny stainless removable surfaces.
There are two shelves in the 135,1cm version and three shelves in the 145cm version.
There is LED lighting and working temperature +4/+8°C with 60/70% humidity.
Cubika : Elegant Pastry
The Cubika Pastry display case in the 145cm version is available with fixed shelves or drawers.
The double front glasses are heated and tempered, and open upwards by means of pistons.
Thanks to the specially designed shape of the air exit grid, the air flow is directed not only towards the bottom shelf but also towards the top shelves.
This helps to reach temperatures which range from +4/+8°C at the bottom and +7/+12°C on the two shelves with ideal humidity of 70% for the pastry products.
The friendly control panel allows the operators to handle the flow of the cold air with three different ways depending on the products in the display case:
- Cold air on the bottom shelf
- Cold air on the bottom shelf and on the first shelf
- cold air on the bottom shelf and on the two top shelves
- The versions with cold shelves are the following
- 1100-1600-2100-2/45°-2/30° in the 135,1cm version
- 1100-1600-2100 in the 145cm version.
Cubika : Pastry and Praline
In the Cubika Praline version there is a refrigeration system with a single air supply.
The working temperature is +14°C with 50% humidity. It is suitable for the preservation of products which are made of or are covered in chocolate.
Cubika is two display cases in one : In fact it can be used for praline +14°C with 50% humidity or for pastry +4/+8°C with 60-65% humidity.
The only thing necessary for temperature and humidity change is the settings on the control panel.
Cubika : Other services
Cubika is a complete system of professional display cases capable of satisfying every need.
Every display case can be connected with other units of different services, as well as with any IFI furnishing.
Cubika has got models for cold or hot snacks and dry heat versions as well as Bain-Marie, so as to cover the whole spectrum in the snack service.
Cubika : Dry heat
The dry heat version has got a shelf made of steel and it is internally heated with an electric resistance adjusted with a thermostat up to 70°C.
Cubika : Cold snack
In the cold snack version the refrigeration system is forced with a single air flow. The working temperature is +4/+8°C with 60-70% humidity.
Cubika : Bain-Marie
The models with humid heat and with superior technical and aesthetic characteristics can be connected with all the other units of 135,1cm and 145cm height.
