The horizontal slice machine for sponge cake Edge R4 is fully made of stainless steel. It has got long lifespan blades. The upper and lower conveyors are synchronized and it can have from 1 to 4 blades (5 layers in every pass) with height adjustment.

The control panel is user friendly. The height of the upper conveyor is adjustable for holding the sponge cake in the correct position. The cutting speed is also adjustable whereas the height of the blades are adjusted for the desirable thickness of the product.
