The sponge cake cutting machine Edge C5 is of high technology and cuts the sponge cake quickly and with precision so as to save a lot of time in production.
Edge C5 is an adaptable and productive machine as it can cut up to 5 sheets of sponge cake at the same time and it can also connect to the horizontal slice machine so as to create a single production line in which the sponge cake will be sliced and directly cut in pieces.
The machine has got a colored touch screen for the programming and function control as well as a continuous flow operation. It is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 and every shape of moulds can be manufactured. It can operate in any industrial environment since it is equipped with high quality parts (motors – mechanical and electrical parts). It is user friendly since all the settings for the cutting as well as the synchronization with the horizontal slice machine – provided they are connected – as a single line can be done through the touch screen.
