The Industrial Cookie Depositors of the Gigadrop series are depositors that are installed on tunnel ovens. Our company manufactures and installs these depositors on any tunnel model with strips from 60 to 150 cm in width.
The depositors manufacture the full range of cookies and they have also got a mould with rotary nozzles and a cutting system with wire for products that need cutting. They can manufacture from 1,5 to 3 tones of product per shift depending on the width of the tunnel strip.
The depositor consists of a back-and-forth head of 4 cylinders (2 propulsion cylinders + 2 gears pumps) and a funnel on the top for putting the dough. It operates with a combination of vertical and horizontal moves following the tunnel speed or with the head stable and the cutting system with the wire in function for the products that need cutting. In addition, the depositors can operate with a continuous flow making strips of dough which are cut with a special mechanism before or after the baking depending on the product.
The depositor check is done with PLC through a colored touch screen of 10’’ on which the recipes and the synchronization with the tunnel speed can be programmed.
The depositor is designed to be easily dismantled for quick cleaning or for putting different accessories like nozzles, moulds, cutting knives, etc.
