Especially designed for small and medium sized drying workshops.

The machines can manufacture high quality drying products thanks to the natural process offered by the high technology.

In a minimum drying time they can dry fruit, vegetables, herbs, nuts and pasta without altering their natural colour and their scent.

 It is the design of the air flow which dehumidifies, preheats and disinfects so as for a delicate drying process to be made in a low temperature (up to 45°C).

  • High quality processing of the drying air
  • The air which goes into the chamber undergoes processing (filtering and dehumidifying and/or heating) as it flows everywhere into the chamber 'hugging' the product and when it reaches the final stage, it lets the air out in order for the process to be repeated. In this way the air is refreshed and not recycled.
  • Low processing temperature of the products (max. 45°C) with dehumidifying air
  • The colour of the product remains unchanged.
  • Uniformity in the air flow
  • Low energy consumption and therefore, low operating expenses
  • The air processing unit consists of a filter, a dehumidifying unit and a heating unit.
  • The drying chamber is made of stainless steel (AISI 304).
  • Digital panel for controlling the temperature of the air and digital handling of the ventilation pauses
