These machines are specially designed for peeling oranges, lemons, grapefruit, sour oranges with thin skin, bergamot and other similar citrus fruit.
The skin goes into a stainless bin under the machine.
During the skin peeling water is not used so the scent of the skin is preserved.
The capacity of the skin peeling bin is 10 kilos per lot and the construction is fully stainless.
