Pasto-freezing cycle

Once the ingredients are in the cylinder you can start cooling orset heating temperature you witch to reach.When temperature is set between 20 and 64ºC easyfreeze mixes and heats ingredients to blend sugars and fats.Once the temperature is reached the cooling process starts and Gelato is ready in few minutes.When temperature is set over 65ºC easyfreeze runs pasteurization cycle and when completed it starts cooling automatically untill Gelato is ready.
