They are suitable for confectionery, bakery and spoon sweets workshops, food industries, catering firms, restaurants and hotel kitchens, hospital kitchens, etc.

These gas cookers are suitable for marmalade and spoon sweets workshops as they can boil marmalade and spoon sweets and they can soften the skin of citrus fruit so as to be easily removed.

 They are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and they use propane or natural gas.

They have got a removable oil collector at the bottom and kitchenwares with curved bottom (mixing bowls) or even bottom (pot) can be used. They have also got all the protective systems required by the safety rules.

 There are models with integrated stainless protective back and hood.
