Model: Drier S
The Dryer S/2 has been designed to be used together with "La Giacciola", the completely automatically machine that makes ice creams on stick.
The inner cooling system complete with fan, kept at a temperature of ca. -40ºC, allows the ice creams to be dried in ca. 5-10 minutes.
The removable inner stainless steel tank with rounded corners has been designed to quarantee a perfect cleaning of all the parts touching the product.The temperature inside the machine is constantly dispayed by the front panel.
