1 - THERMO BARRIER
Our state-of-the-art doors offer three main advantages: improved insulation of the washing chamber to maintain a constant temperature, reduction of power consumptions for boiler heating elements, and a decrease of humid vapour dispersed in the environment.

2 - EASY+
A revolutionary filtration system by DIHR, providing the end-user with a 3-step filtration process, in order to collect not only superficial dirt, but all residuals as well.

Inaddition, components are also equipped with an extra protection from food residuals.

3 - ACID PROOF
Our machines benefit from maximum protection against aggressive cleaning agents and
salty water, thanks to the special composition and quality of the steel used for construction, both outdoing market standards.

AISI 316 steel is indeed mainly employed in specific conditions of temperature and chemicals concentrations.

4 - CLEAN+
The tank filtration system by DIHR ensures 3 protection stages: the first removing persistent dirt, the second on the overall tank to prevent water contamination and a third filter system to protect components.

5 - ALL-IN-1
An innovative system developed to facilitate maintenance and daily cleaning operations.
All wash/rinse arms are grouped in a single support, thus making their removal straighforward and safe.

Margin of error in their replacing is also drastically reduced, as each support has it own connection.

6 - DDSS
Part of the rinse water is used for pre-wash, and the direct consequence is a significant
saving in terms of chemicals, in addition to a more effective pretreatment for inlet crockery.

Thanks to DDSS, prewash water is also cleaner.

7 - SMART DRIVE & SMART DRIVE+
In order to fulfil different washing needs, our machines take advantage from an advancement motor system with inverter, featuring 5 different speed settings (with SMART DRIVE)
or (10 with SMART DRIVE+).

According to the type and quantity of dirt to be removed, our clients can choose the most suitable solution.

8 - CPF
This simple device allows to easily adjust water pressure in the prewash or wash phase
in accordance to one’s needs.

By pulling the dedicated lever, it is possible to decrease water flow through nozzles of upper/lower wash arms.

Time and energy savings are increased thanks to AS and EASY+, a combined prewash and specific filtering device.

The design of our 90° corner pre-wash ensures the best solution taking up the minimal
amount of space.

at the end of a day at work in the kitchen. For this reason, we have conceived a sanitization system which ensures a thorough and immediate cleaning of all machine’s surfaces
thanks to the special wash arms installed on the upper wall, thus offering the perfect
solution to meet maximum hygiene requirements. A dedicated sanitization product is
combined with a booster pump ensuring the right water pressure : the result will be a
spick and span dishwasher !

3R PLUS triple rinse

GREAT RESULTS, LESS WASTE AND MORE EFFICIENCY

The new 3R PLUS Rinse System is characterized by 3 subsequent rinse steps, two of which exploit the recirculating water, removing most of the detergent left on the dishes.

Thanks to the differentiated nozzles and break tank system with dedicated pump, the water stream is always constant.

The rinse pump equipped with inverter works to harmonize the rinse water consumption accordingly to the speed of the rack (min 0,44 l max 1 l).

On top of that, thanks to the option HDR, the need of low temperature clean water used to cool down the prewash tank, is totally eliminated.

 

LESS WORK AND CLEANER WATER

At the end of the work session you can drain all tanks, by the touch of a key, with no need
to remove overflows and dip into washing solution.

Thanks to dedicated motorizedvalves, one per tank, it is possible to selectively drain the pre-wash tanks, during themachine’s operations.

This will ensure the continuous and balanced regeneration of pre-wash water without
any waste, bringing immediate benefit to the next washing phases.

Moreover the automatic drain gives you the possibility to schedule the tanks filling and heating, giving the max level of comfort.

HDR - heat recovery & dryer 

MORE THAN A HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM The technology of HDR Heat Recovery + Dryer leads to significant energy savings.

It exploits the heat otherwise dispersed in the working environment to pre-heat both inlet water and inlet air, (respectively used to rinse and dry).

Room’s conditions are thus kept ideal.

Moreover, waste water temperature and installed power are significantly reduced.

The innovative system of double heat recovery enhances not only electrical power, but also water and chemicals savings.

Its in-built technology allows HDR to lower up to 50% the quantity of detergent otherwise employed in the wash area, and to get rid almost completely of the cold inlet water used to maintain the correct temperature in the prewash tanks.

With this option, the machine can be fed with cold water, and the dryer works on reduced operating costs.

The HDR module can be linear, or on 90° and 180° motorized-arc (HDR 200, HDRA209M, HDRA218M respectively).
