  The chocolate enrobing machines ENRO XL are models for big factories and big crafts which cover with chocolate products like chocolate candies, cookies, croissant, Easter bread, New Year cakes, bars, pasteli, halva and any product that needs chocolate enrobing for pastry and cooking making.

  It can function as a tempering machine for the manufacture of products in moulds like chocolate candies and treats, in which the tempering is achieved automatically thanks to the cooling circuit which accurately leads the chocolate to the temperature that has been set according to the kind of chocolate.

  The machine can be controlled through a 7’ colored touch screen with PLC technology on which all the functions of the machine can automatically be controlled and programmed.

 

  Autonomous enrobing table

  The enrobing table is autonomous and consists of 3 parts :

 

  1. The part in which the products are placed, with a drawer which can be removed for the collection of the crumbs that fall into it
  2. The enrobing part with a chocolate bridge with an adjustable double curtain and an adjustable lake for the enrobing or not of the chocolate at the bottom of the product
  3. The exit part which is equipped with adjustable vibration and adjustable air for the control of the thickness of the product’s enrobing, as well as an exit cylinder for cutting the ending of the chocolate

 

  The enrobing table is an autonomous system and it has got a separate panel for its indications and functions.

  All the enrobing machines of the ENRO XL series can be connected to the cooling tunnels of the CT XL series.
