Silver Cabinets
Hold your containers silently and with no waste. The construction allows you to gently preserve your ice cream, reduce loss, and ensure greater efficiency
The forced and ducted ventilation does not directly affect the product, allowing gentler storage, without surface oxidation of the product.
The smart electrical defrosting is controlled by a thermostat that monitors the parameters set and determines when the evaporator must be defrosted, ensuring the quality of preservation of your ice cream.
The self-closing doors and insulation with a thickness of 75 mm, accompanied by membrane board control with HACCP functions, allow the Friulinox storage cabinets to reduce dispersions and ensure greater efficiency, allowing the use of compressors with a smaller displacement, resulting in reduced consumption for your work environment and cost savings
