PIZZA RANGE

The range is formed by complete models or by various modular elements, in order to propose customized solutions: refrigerated counters with one, two or three compartments, two worktop and also refrigerated display depths.

Options are available with or without neutral drawer units.

REFRIGERATED PIZZA COUNTERS

• Insulated one - piece structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, the insulation is ensured by the injection of CFC - free polyurethane foam
• Each refrigerated compartment is suitable for 7plastic containers EN 60x40 cm. AISI 304 stainless steel container rack to hold grids/containers
• Internal cleaning is made easier by the inclusion of a pressed bottom panel and drain outlet
• AISI 304 stainless steel feet, adjustable in height
• Control panel with digital thermometer -thermostat
• Temperature range +2/+10°C
• Refrigerant fluid R404A
• Ventilated refrigerating system with protected finned evaporator and electric fans for a perfect circulation of the air inside the unit; “U - turn” circulation of the air to permit all positioning opportunities, with the maximum reliability of the cooling unit
• High grades of humidity, 90%, guarantee the perfect conservation of the dough portions
• Automatic defrosting and evaporation of condense drain;
• Supplied as standard in each refrigerated compartment is a pair of st/steel runners; mod. KBPZ…S are also endowed with a chromed shelf per compartment and mod. KBPZ…A/B with 7 plastic containers EN 60x40 cm every drawer unit

• Rosa Beta granite worktop 30 mm thick, with a perimeter upstand on three sides
