HIGH PRODUCTIVITY AND OUTSTANDING RESULTS SILVER flight-conveyor dishwashers are the ideal solution to deal with heavy workloads, as in the case of large canteens for schools, hospitals, hotels, cruise ships, catering services and airports.

Our new SQ line features a wide range of models, that may be also combined with tray and rack conveyor dishwashers or with different accessories in order to develop an increasing number of customized solutions to meet the requests of our clients.

Possibility to select from seven entirely customizable models, which however maintain some of the distinctive features of the SILVER brand, such as the usable belt width of 710mm, usable height of 450mm and in particular the compliance with DIN 10510 norms while preserving limited dimensions, lower than the market average at an equal production capacity

1 - THERMO BARRIER Our state-of-the-art doors offer three main advantages: improved insulation of the washing chamber to maintain a constant temperature, reduction of power consumptions for boiler heating elements, and a decrease of humid vapour dispersed in the environment.

 

2 - CPF This simple device allows to easily adjust water pressure in the prewash or wash phase in accordance to one’s needs.

By pulling the dedicated lever, it is possible to decrease water flow through nozzles of upper/lower wash arms.

 

3 - ACID PROOF Our machines benefit from maximum protection against aggressive cleaning agents and salty water, thanks to the special composition and quality of the steel used for construction, both outdoing market standards.

AISI 316 steel is indeed mainly employed in specific conditions of temperature and chemicals concentrations.

 

4 - CLEAN+ The tank filtration system by SILVER ensures 3 protection stages: the first removing persistent dirt, the second on the overall tank to prevent water contamination and a third filter system to protect components.

 

5 - ALL-IN-1 An innovative system developed to facilitate maintenance and daily cleaning operations.

All wash/rinse arms are grouped in a single support, thus making their removal straighforward and safe.

Margin of error in their replacing is also drastically reduced, as each support has it own connection.

 

6 - DDSS Part of the rinse water is used for pre-wash, and the direct consequence is a significant saving in terms of chemicals, in addition to a more effective pretreatment for inlet crockery.

Thanks to DDSS, prewash water is also cleaner.

 

7 - SMART DRIVE In order to fulfil different washing needs, our machines take advantage from an advancement motor system with inverter, featuring 5 different speed settings (with SMART DRIVE) .

According to the type and quantity of dirt to be removed, our clients can choose the most suitable solution.

 

8 - EASY+ (ON AS6 OPTIONAL MODULE) A revolutionary filtration system by SILVER, providing the end-user with a 3-step filtration process, in order to collect not only superficial dirt, but all residuals as well.

In addition, components are also equipped with an extra protection from food residuals.

AS6 versions

AS6 OPTION AUTOMATIC LIGHT PREWASH WITH EASY+ Time and energy savings are increased thanks to AS6 and EASY+, a combined pre-wash and specific filtering device.

Dishes will only need a superficial manual clearing, and the initial light prewash in the AS6 module will add to the cleaning effect.
