The folding type overwrapping machine GR 45 is a reliable overwrapping machine of high technology with function control through a colored touch screen and it is the ideal addition to the production line after the enrobing machine and the cooling tunnel, creating a complete production line for the whole range of the chocolate products.

It can wrap mould chocolate candies, chocolate treats with filling and confectionery products like little cream cakes, mon amours, cariocas, treats, etc.

It can wrap with all the wrapping papers like aluminum, metallic, corrugated, cellophane, as it has got an integrated thermoadhesive system with heat adjustment.

The moulds can be adjusted to the dimensions of the customer’s products and the transition from the one product to the other only takes a few minutes.

The machine can wrap products in different shapes like rectangular, square and round.

The wrapping in the rectangular products is envelope type.

It is fully made of high quality materials like stainless, anodized aluminum and Teflon.
