The Mix showcase is a complete series of pastry and snack showcases: 10 types of services, 3 different types of windows, 4 lengths (100/125/150 / 200cm), 1 corner model 90º and 2 left and right side end units.
With the series of Mix showcases you can compose a complete store with many services such as confectionery, cold & hot snacks, ice cream, bakery, pizza, food bain-marie etc.

Cooling Editions
Monoblock body with internal cable resistance to avoid the phenomenon of moisture in the windows.
The techniques and construction details make the operation of serving and cleaning much easier.
Mix: Absolute Hygiene
Plexiglass sliding doors are equipped with a transparent polycarbonate handle to guarantee absolute hygiene when closing the windows.
The fixing screws of the windows are all made of stainless steel.
The hole in the glass is widened to avoid protrusion.
In addition, a transparent methacrylate cube has been placed to fixation the 3 windows together on the top and front side.
The inner corners of the showcase are rounded for very easy cleaning.

Accelerated cooling: Accelerated cooling ensures higher temperature uniformity throughout the projection surface. The projection surface consists of removable stainless steel discs that are placed at the bottom of the tank and act as a bridge for the passage of air moving through the fans.
The side windows are heated by printed heating elements.
Working temperature + 4 / + 8ºC. Tested at 32ºC with 60% humidity.
With the rapid cooling we have perfect preservation of the products.
Static Cooling:
The projection surface coincides with the bottom of the tank and therefore has a slight recess of 6.7 cm relative to the outer rim.
The transparent glass side panels are provided as standard. Operating temperature + 4 / + 8ºC. Tested at 30ºC with 55% humidity.

Removable stainless steel discs on the projection surface
Two showcases in 1: Dual operation with forced cooling and dry heat, so that you can choose the type of service according to the depiction of the day in your store, or the change of service at specific times.
Change the function of the showcase from cooled to heated and vice versa:
1. Press the "Heat" button on the control panel
* Caution: Remove the stainless steel trays before switching on the display.
The heating function can be adjusted up to 80ºC with the projection surface consisting of a single black tempered glass with printed resistance on the top.
Mix: Bakery
The Mix showcase can be accompanied by the addition of a bakery and shelves at the back to compose a complete bakery with bread baskets and adjustable shelves made of Plexiglass with perfect aesthetic effect.
Mix: Static Cooling
Ideal for daytime products, the static cooling has transparent windows on the side panels and can be equipped with a cold storage compartment at the bottom, independent, with its own control panel and different temperature from the display case.

Having the same depth and dimensions as the linear ones, these end units allow the creation of angular compositions with an impressive result.
Mix: Bain-Marie
For serving a quick meal that is still a hot meal. The tank is equipped with water supply and sewerage and can accommodate GN depending on the product on display.

All snacks on a tempered glass projection surface in black with silkscreen resistance.Operating temperature adjustable up to 80ºC.
Mix: Pizza
Thanks to the front panel cover and the soft frame, the Mix showcase in the pizza version integrates perfectly with all the Mix showcases available in the store.
60x40cm pizza pans can be displayed directly on the textured projection surface. The versions with high straight glass or curved, have LED lighting while in the version with low straight glass there is no light for multifaceted visibility of the product.
Mix: Ice cream
To complete the service you offer to your customers, the Mix showcase in the ice cream version is ideal to be included in any composition with the other showcases of the Mix series.
The cooling is ventilated with automatic defrost.
The showcase consists of a single single row of baskets and a second row can be stored as storage at the bottom.

The Mix comes with 3 different windows:

All shop windows have opening windows.
Mix: Connections
You can join 2 showcases together for the same type of product to make a large service counter without dividing glass so that the 2 showcases communicate.
