The Cookie and Pastry Depositors of the Simpledrop series are depositors of high technology and they have got the same basic features with the Megadrop series with a lot of optional accessories.
They are small sized, adaptable depositors, designed to manufacture most of the products in a pastry-making workshop or in a pastry and cookie-making craft.
They can be used for the manufacture of products like kok, sou, éclair, macaron, ergolavos, bezedes, coconut, ladyfinger, μπουλ, straight or round petit fours. They can also be used for the putting of cakes in moulds, fillings in tarts and pastry creams in cutters. In addition, the depositors are used for laying tompouce sponge cake on trays, the profiterole sauce in bowls, etc.
The depositors have got a head with 2 cylinders whereas all the functions of the machine are controlled with PLC. All the working parameters in each product can be programmed on a touch screen of 7’’ and saved for later use by the operator.

The depositors of the Simpledrop series comply with the existing hygiene and safety standards : The funnel, the power supply cylinders, the mould with the nozzles as well as the whole head can be easily removed and cleaned in depth.
