DRY HEATER
The dry heater DW4 has been designed to keep chocolate at the liguid state by means of an electric heating system.The heater consists of 4 independent tanks kept at a temperature by means of electric resistances controlled by thermostat.
Each single tank is set at precise working temperature and can be activated by means of the external push-button panel.
The removable stainless steel tanks have been designed to quarantee a perfect cleaning of all the parts touching the product.
