  The ICE CREAM BLAST FREEZERS of the HP series have been designed to guarantee ice cream of the highest quality, with all the freshness and creaminess that render it a unique and special food item.

  After its preparation, the spare water present in the ice cream is transformed into tiny ice crystals, which can cause the ice cream to lose its creaminess, flavour and volume. The use of the blast freezer allows for the formation of extremely small microcrystals, thus preventing the alteration of the ice cream’s properties.

  The air in the chamber is -40°C and in 70' the ice cream reaches -9°C in its core and in 90' it reaches -18°C.

  The capacity of the HP series varies from 6 to 40 36x16,5x12cm bowls.

  • Guaranteed robustness : One-piece structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel with 75 mm thick insulation and reversible door.

  • Maximum hygiene and cleanliness : the inside chamber with rounded corners, diamond tread flooring, drainage hole and easily removable AISI 304 stainless steel racks.

  • High performance simplicity : control panel with electronic circuit board and LCD display equipped with quick access to the controls and the main functions for the user, and to the product core sensor management. Automatic switchover to the storage phase after the blast-chilling cycle.

  • Uniform refrigeration : the forced refrigeration system has been  designed to ensure uniform air circulation without channeling the air directly onto the food items.

  • Rapid maintenance : evaporator compartment equipped with a hinged cover panel with cooling fans that can be opened for cleaning and maintenance.

  • Absolute flexibility : the HP102 model has been designed to manage both blast freezing and storage functions, equipped with two half-doors.
