Thanks to the monocoque construction with stainless steel interior and exterior, Scotch Brite satin-finished exterior, with insulation thickness of 50 mm, made of high density polyurethane foam, fully CFC-free, the units of the Silver series have cells with large storage capacity, with molded bottom and rounded corners for easy cleaning.
The removable guide supports and uprights without the use of tools, for the greatest level of hygiene and loading flexibility, guarantee the best adaptation to your productivity.
Finally the electronic control board with HACCP function allows perfect setting of the operating parameters and, in case of problems, alerts the operator.
The Silver series units are available in the temperatures TN (-2°C/+8°C) and BT (-20°C/-15°C), are all tested in class T (+43°C) and are equipped with digital electronic control with the possibility of adjusting internal humidity on 2 fixed positions: high and low.
