The Friulinox GOLD range is equipped with an exclusive relative humidity control (from 40% to 90% in storage cabinets for handmade fresh pastries and up to 40-45% in storage cabinets for chocolate), ensuring that the aroma, flavour and softness of the blast chilled products remain perfectly unaltered over time.

COOLING SYSTEM:
- High-ventilation evaporator to ensure the highest efficiency of the cooling system
- Compressor and condenser that can be removed from above for simple and easy maintenance or replacement

- Automatic defrosting via electric heating element
- Automatic evaporation of condensate via compressor coil on models TR and TF or electric heating element on models TPR and TPF
CONTROLS AND SAFETY DEVICES:
- Patented control able to maintain the correct degree of humidity inside the Coldroom, preserving the most delicate speciailities in an ideal environment
- Microprocessor control with n ° 3 probes (Coldroom, end defrost and dirty condenser) of NTC type
- Intelligent defrosting with the insertion of an electrical heater, only in case of freezing evaporator
- Compressor protected by termic overload cut-out with automatic reset
- HACCP - The new control respects the strictest HACCP rules, memorizing and displaying alarms of various types (overtemperature, black out) in the cabinet as well as remote.
- The alarms and the data can be downloaded in a PC thruogh a data gathering and transferring infrared-system and they can be later printed
- The self-diagnosis and the monitoring complete all the other function of the cabinet, avoiding loss of efficiency in the cooling unit
