Series: Lievitamatic
A simple and compact control panel fitted on all the Lievitamatic units.
The principle that governs the Lievitamatic retarder proofing unit cycles is based on the management of a hygrometer probe for the accurate measuring and dispensing of humidity inside the equipment with which the Lievitamatic units are fitted as standard.
The temperature range can be selected from -2 to + 40 degrees.
The automatic function of "Baking Delay" to preserve the leavened product, up to 3 hours after the end of the automatic cycle, can be pre-set.
In addition, in order to offer the user options, it offers the possibility to manually manage the functions and processes of:
storage and proofing; stable control of temperature and humidity. Available with two, three and four doors for EN 1 trays. They will be your night-time ally, ensuring you sleep peacefully.
Greater energy savings
The interior of the cold room is radial, and the floor is made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.
The baseboard outside the room is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and all accessories can be removed effort-free.

The materials and components that Friulinox uses are selected to guarantee the highest quality of the finished product, and each component is subjected to extensive electronic and functional testing.

Exceptional insulation thickness, total absence of “thermal bridges” due to meticulous attention to construction details, use of high effi ciency seals and components, and electronically flexible and precise management of functions allow the Lievitamatic counters to obtain sizeable energy savings.

Cleaning is simple and fast owing to the equipment’s seamless construction without sharp inner edges.
The internal structures are easy to remove without the use of tools.

INTERNAL SETUP:
- Snap-in type AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel slides and uprights, completely removable without the need of tools to facilitate cleaning
- 8 pair of slides and 1 EN shelf (600x800) for each DOOR module
COOLING SYSTEM:
- High-ventilation evaporator to ensure the highest efficiency of the cooling system
- Compressor and condenser that can be removed from above for simple and easy maintenance or replacement
- R134a refrigerant
- Automatic defrosting via electric heating element
- Automatic evaporation of condensate via compressor coil on models TR or electric heating element on models TPR
CONTROLS AND SAFETY DEVICES:
- Patented control able to maintain the correct degree of humidity and internal temperature of the Coldroom in order to create the ideal microclimate for the leavening process
- Microprocessor control with n ° 2 probes (Coldroom and end defrost) of PTC type
- Defrosting with the insertion of an electrical heater, only in case of freezing evaporator
- Compressor protected by termic overload cut-out with automatic reset
HUMIDITY REGULATION
- The inside humidity value (UR%) is controlled by the microprocessor, through an algorithm which guarantees the correct set value
- For the production of humidity the appliance need a water connection
