The ideal environment for chocolate and pralines
All our positive Pastry-Cube models are equipped with a humidity probe and heaters that allow optimum conservation of the chocolate, avoiding the flowering of sugars and fats on the surface.
The ideal storage temperature is 10/18 °C with a maximum humidity of around 40-45%.

COOLING SYSTEM:

- Compressor and condenser that can be removed from above for simple and easy maintenance or replacement
- Ecological refrigerant R290 for chiller and freezer condensing units
- Indirect ventilation thanks to the full height channeling system for optimal air circulation and uniform temperature distribution
