Series: Celle Lievitamatic
A simple and compact control panel fitted on all the Lievitamatic units.
The principle that governs the Lievitamatic retarder proofing unit cycles is based on the management of a hygrometer probe for the accurate measuring and dispensing of humidity inside the equipment with which the Lievitamatic units are fitted as standard.
The temperature range can be selected from -2 to + 40 degrees.
The automatic function of "Baking Delay" to preserve the leavened product, up to 3 hours after the end of the automatic cycle, can be pre-set.
In addition, in order to offer the user options, it offers the possibility to manually manage the functions and processes of: storage and proofing, stable control of temperature and humidity.
Available with between one and 12 trolleys, they are the ideal solution for medium and large-scale productions.

MAIN FEATURES
- The mini cold rooms are manufactured with closed-cell polyurethane foam panels with a density of 42 kg/m³, covered by white galvanised non-toxic plastic-coated sheet
- The panels assembly is of camlock type with metal “eccentric” hook
- Wall thickness is 70 mm, 60 mm for floor and 80 mm for ceiling
- The exterior height is 2060 mm, the internal height is 1920 mm
- Interior floor covering is:
- standard, in grey slip-proof galvanised plastic coated sheet
- optional (with additional price), in AISI 304 18/10 rusticated stainless steel R12
- Interior ceiling covering is in white galvanised plastic-coated sheet
- Exterior floor and ceiling covering is in galvanised sheet with plastic-zinc sheet perimeter moulding
- All the mini cold rooms have floors with rounded interior corners and meet with strictest public-health standards
- The door is hinged on the right with safety handle for opening from inside the cold room and the handle is complete with keylock
- For left hinged doors there is no added cost but need to be specified at order
- The doors are equipped with an anti-condensate heated resistance on the door moulding

STANDARD PACKAGE
- The Celle Lievitamatic package is composed of the cold room and the monoblocks which can be straddled or ceiling ones
- The monoblocks are provided with a digital thermostat with visual and audible alarms automatically activated in case of need
- For the installation of the monoblocks there is a standard drilling of the panel where the monobloc will be positioned
- The Celle Lievitamatic are also equipped with internal light and a door microswitch which stops the fans and turns on the light at door opening
- It is possible to order the cold room without holes, if needed
- The Celle Lievitamatic with TN temperatures are in ‘T’ class (43 °C)
- The Celle Lievitamatic with BT temperatures are in ‘ST’ class (38 °C)
- Shelving is optional and it is made in ALUPLAST a light-grey AL-polyetylene composed of 4 grids schelves with a bearing capacity of 150 kg each
