Thanks to the studies carried out by Friulinox in collaboration with the best universities and research centres, the Ready is able, not only to rapidly reduce temperatures and ice in the appropriate and quick way, but also to defrost food enhancing their freshness even when out of season.

  The brand new 7" touch screen allows you to select the desirable process with a simple touch and, with the help of the explanatory photos, to easily find the product that you want to process. 

 

Ready to use recipes 

  Alternatively, you can use the knowledge of our chefs and try one of over 350 pre-loaded recipes, which you can process and save in your personal recipe list. 

  Practical and intuitive, the Ready will become your best ally in the organisation of your kitchen. It will substantially reduce raw material waste and save you time.

 

Complete freedom 

  Apart from selecting functions (Blast Chilling, Blast Freezing and Defrosting) you can also handle and set all the parameters such as temperature, fan speed or humidity rate.

  With the Ready, you have a complete range of recipes and special functions to choose from.

 

Continuous Cycle 

  The continuous cycle allows you to work at maximum speed with the option of using a timer for each tray.

  In this way, each product will have its own correct process. 

  At the end of production, the Ready will emit a signal.

 

  For the processing of raw fish, the ANISAKIS KILLER cycle will guarantee that you serve your customers raw fish of excellent quality, with solid colour and ideal flavour, and always in full compliance with food safety. 

  The continuous cycle will allow you to work at maximum power with the possibility of using a timer for each pan.
