How It Works

The Cioccolina Pro 12 chocolate tap features an 12 kg capacity tank heated with a bain-marie system for even chocolate heating.
The stirrer keeps the chocolate smooth and homogeneous, while the digital thermostat allows precise temperature adjustment depending on the type of chocolate.
With the flow control foot pedal, the operator can serve the perfect amount of chocolate directly onto ice cream, desserts, or drinks — quickly, cleanly, and impressively.
