The New Compact Machine for Cake and Pastry Layer Production

The MULTICAKE series was developed to meet a significant market need: the efficient and streamlined production of layered cakes and pastries, while minimizing production costs. Thanks to its user-friendly design, the machine can be operated entirely by a single operator.

Compact in size and smartly engineered, the MULTICAKE models are ideal for medium to large-scale production facilities.

  • 7” color touchscreen with memory for recipe storage and full function control

  • Easy to clean, as the machine uses sliding industrial guides instead of belts, making washing faster and more hygienic

  • Quick recipe changeover, as all parts can be disassembled tool-free using clamp technology

  • Electronic height control of each layer via the touchscreen interface

  • Standard configuration includes:

    • 3 depositing heads

    • 1 syrup dosing head

    • 1 sponge pressing head

    • 3 filling depositors

    • 1 syrup head

    • 1 sponge pressing head

  • Powered by electricity and compressed air

  • Optional accessories: hopper feeding systems for continuous filling
