Excellent scoopability.

The ventilated refrigeration system ensures a even temperature inside the tank, eliminating cold stratification. Thanks to the continuous and uniform air flow, the temperature difference between the two tubs, service and reserve, is minimised. The ventilation ensures that the gelato is always easy to process and ready to serve, even in the reserve tub.

 

 

           

     

 

 

                          

 

 








 

Operating temperature at record times.

At +86°F (30°C) ambient, the NewEra ventilated Pozzetti system reaches operating temperature in just 30 minutes, allowing the gelato to be put in quickly.

 

Optimisation of space

·        The patented Ifi ducting system ensures a uniform alignment of the tubs, even in the presence of tanks with different temperatures. A flexible design that allows you to choose the operating temperature and number of holes (starting with 4).

·         Perfect lines.
The always-continuous service top and front cladding create seamless surfaces, enhance the elegance of the counter and lend visual harmony.

·         Integrated condensing unit.
The on-board condensing unit is always positioned under the tank, even in the version with storage, optimising space and ensuring a compact and functional counter.

Anti-rotation tubs

·         Ifi has long since equipped its entire Pozzetti range with anti-rotation tubs: first in stainless steel, then also in food-grade polyethylene. The innovative system, first industrialised by Ifi, locks the tubs inside the Pozzetto, thus preventing it from rotating and facilitating the operator while scooping the gelato, making the operation more comfortable.

·         Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), certified for contact with foodstuff, this anti-rotation tub offers several advantages: it is resistant, easy to handle and versatile, because it is washable in professional dishwashers, light and less cold when in contact with hands, perfect also as a spare tub.

•    Top insulated with lowdensity polyurethane foam. 
•    Stainless steel collars. 
•    Anti-condensation system with heated cables. 
•    Tank interior in stainless steel.

•    Guided tubs extraction.
The unique basket system, with guides also in the storage area, guarantees anti-rotation at every level and facilitates the extraction of the tubs.
•    Removable and washable condenser filter.
The condenser filter is designed for quick and easy routine maintenance.
•    Intelligent filter cleaning alert.
An advanced control panel supports the operator in routine maintenance with an audible and visual alert indicating when to clean the condenser filter.
•    Optimised service level.
The gelato can be positioned just 2.56” below the service level, making the user experience more comfortable.
