The third inverter on the upper cylinder allows precise control of the mixing speed, providing maximum flexibility in production. The Chef Door with adjustable piston facilitates lateral extraction of the mixture, making the process faster and more practical.
The VariO system adjusts speed and cooling power according to the quantity of the mixture, optimizing production times and reducing energy and water consumption by up to 30% compared to previous generations of batch freezers.
The VariO Icona Chef comes equipped with top-of-the-line features: all-in-one mixer, silver scrapers, insulated steel door, stainless steel cleaning shower, ergonomic shelf, and optional flavour infuser.
