Smart solution

Tonda reads the Professional’s gestures. The display case allows contactless control of the movement and stopping of the gelato tubs with extreme simplicity and naturalness. Tonda’s rotation system makes use of advanced technologies derived from the aeronautical sector, while stateof-the-art optical sensors, inspired by the automotive industry, detect the operator’s gestures and ensure smooth and precise handling of the tubs movements, even when the hands are busy.

All-around comfort

Tonda combines design, ergonomics and technology for comfort and functionality. The cylinder’s contoured shape and rotation allow for correct posture during service and avoid prolonged exposure of the hands to sub-zero temperatures, protecting the health of the professional. The opening of the double glazed glass on the operator side is facilitated by a piston mechanism. The system, anchored to an aluminium structure, allows the two panes to be opened even simultaneously, offering maximum convenience during filling and cleaning operations of the display case, while respecting safety and durability.
