The indirect heating system consists of 27 mm diameter and 4.5 mm thick annular pipes;
these pipes are combined in modular ring-shaped tube nests and heat the floors and ceilings of the various baking chambers uniformly. This new construction system permits exploiting to the full the heat produced by combustion.

New generation control units
Perfect baking
Perfect and delicate baking thanks to the numerous thick Mannesmann pipes which uniformly cover the whole surface of the baking chamber to guarantee impeccable results.
Maximum steam output
Abundant steam delivery thanks to the heavy steam generators installed above the fume recirculation duct. This technology makes it possible to have a powerful heat source so that the steam generators quickly recover after each use.
