For economic version the cut of dough is carried out by manual control.
Dies are easily interchangeable.
In addition to the die supplied on delivery, various models are available by request: from Ø 4 to Ø 24 for GR 15 and GR 25 version; from Ø 6 to Ø 24 for GR INOX version.
