The experience of Ifi Research and Development department has given rise to the exclusive glycol refrigeration system for New Era Pozzetti (patent pending). The system guarantees real temperature uniformity between the service and reserve tubs, especially at the most critical point, the gelato surface. For a gelato that is always scoopable and ready to be served, even from the reserve tub.

The tub is placed well below the glycol line and the gelato remains surrounded by the cold, ensuring an ideal consistency and optimal conservation.

Ifi tests measure data at the most critical point for the service, the surface area, always detecting temperature uniformity and ideal scoopability of the gelato, even with the maximum filling of the tubs both service and reserve.

Optimal convenience and comfort

Removable and washable condenser filter.The condenser filter is designed for quick and easy routine maintenance. The filter is easy to remove without tools and washable under running water. Proper cleaning of the filter helps maintain compressor performance over time.

Intelligent filter cleaning alert.
An advanced control panel assists the operator in managing routine maintenance, signalling by means of a visual and audible alert system the need for condenser filter cleaning.

Optimising space

On-board condensing unit.The on-board condensing unit is always positioned under the tank, even in the version with storage.

Perfect lines.The always-continuous service top and front cladding create seamless surfaces, enhance the elegance of the counter and lend visual harmony.

Compact tank.
Thanks to an advanced design, all the functional components of the tank are integrated into it, making it more compact. This solution makes the best use of the available space, resulting in modules with optimised dimensions, both in the tub-only version and with a counter. A functional approach that combines practicality and efficiency.

 

Anti-rotation tubs

Ifi has long since equipped its entire Pozzetti range with anti-rotation tubs: first in stainless steel, then also in food-grade polyethylene. The innovative system, first industrialised by Ifi, locks the tubs inside the Pozzetto, thus preventing it from rotating and facilitating the operator while scooping the gelato, making the operation more comfortable.

Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), certified for contact with foodstuff, this anti-rotation tub offers several advantages: it is resistant, easy to handle and versatile, because it is washable in professional dishwashers, light and less cold when in contact with hands, perfect also as a spare tub.
